Parking on campus:
Sponsor and exhibitor unloading and loading: We will provide reserved parking spaces for unloading at the Colvard Student Union on Wednesday, October 5 from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm and for loading on Friday, October 7. Please contact Michele Anderson at manderson@abe.msstate.edu or by phone at 662.325.2107 to make arrangements.
For conference parking: Attendees will park at the Humphrey Coliseum lot. Conference shuttles will be provided throughout the day to transport attendees to the Colvard Student Union and back. Registrants will be sent a parking pass prior to the conference to be used during your time on campus. Click here for a campus map.
For Pre-conference Workshop and Wednesday night Reception: The workshop and reception will be held at the Energy Institute, 205 Research Boulevard in the Thad Cochran Research Park. Attendees should park at the Energy Institute and come through the front door.

Directions to MSU campus/Coliseum parking lot from Jackson: Take Hwy 25 north toward Starkville. Once in Starkville, merge onto US-82 E / MS-25 N toward Columbus / West Point / Miss State University. Take the State Hwy 182 E Clayton Village exit and turn right. At the intersection of State Hwy 182 and George Perry St/Mississippi Boulevard, take a left onto George Perry Street. Take next right onto Coliseum Boulevard. The Coliseum parking lot is on your right at the corner of Coliseum Blvd and Lakeview Drive.
Directions to MSU campus/Coliseum parking lot from the west: Take US-82 E / MS-25 N toward Columbus / West Point / Miss State University. Take the State Hwy 182 E Clayton Village exit and turn right. At the intersection of State Hwy 182 and George Perry St/Mississippi Boulevard, take a left onto George Perry Street. Take next right onto Coliseum Boulevard. The Coliseum parking lot is on your right at the corner of Coliseum Blvd and Lakeview Drive.
Directions to the MSU campus/Coliseum parking lot from the Hilton Garden Inn:
Take right onto Hwy 12 W. Take right onto 182 Mississippi State University exit and go left. At the light, take a right onto George Perry Street. Take next right onto Coliseum Boulevard. The Coliseum parking lot is on your right at the corner of Coliseum Blvd and Lakeview Drive.
Directions to the Thad Cochran Research Park, 205 Research Boulevard from State Hwy 182 for Oct 5 reception: At the intersection of State Hwy 182 and George Perry St/Mississippi Boulevard, turn into the Thad Cochran Research Park. At the stop sign, take a left. Take a right into the Energy Institute parking lot and park anywhere. Follow the signs to the SERC Pilot Scale Facility.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than September 5 for a full refund of your registration fee. Please send your cancellation request to Michele Anderson at manderson@abe.msstate.edu. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after September 5.
